Phillips Foods began in 1914 on Hoopers Island, Maryland, when A.E. Phillips established a blue crab processing plant. Four generations later, Phillips has grown into a worldwide seafood network that produces the highest quality blue swimming crab meat and North Atlantic lobster meat on the market today. We also offer an extensive line of value added products that includes our award-winning crab & seafood cakes, seafood soups, appetizers, dips, and entrées for thousands of independent restaurants and national chains.
