What We Do
Founded in 1871, Yamada Sake Brewery is a family-owned producer with over 150 years of sake brewing heritage. Located in Aichi Prefecture, Japan, we craft a wide range of traditional and modern Japanese alcoholic beverages—including sake, shochu, and sparkling sake—using time-honored methods passed down through five generations.
